Our Facilities
While our primary ministry to date has been to reach young people, we are developing our facilities to be able to be rented and used by others, both to generate income and to help like-minded people with a desire to reach those in need in our community.
Below are some of the positive ways we have been able to make use of space at The Light House. To learn more about the renovation project, check out the Building Project page.

Community Connect
Community Connect seeks to helps parents get the help they need. They have used our undeveloped space to store donated equipment to help meet needs of families. The space has now been temporarily vacated for renovation work.
Furniture Fundraiser
We hadn't planned to get involved with selling second hand furniture, but after a pop-up shop giving old furniture new life used the ground floor space, connections started to happen. The space had previously been a furniture shop, and over time we have received many donations of furniture which have been sold to fund the building project. It has also been a source of support working with Kilkenny County Council to help provide furniture for refugees. New Life Furniture has had to move and will soon have to move again - it has grown legs in more ways than one, but we think there is plenty of life in it yet!
Take a look for yourself - you might find a bargain...
